Live Beef: This means you buy a live steer that is fed, finished, and ready to go to your preferred butcher.

1/2 and Whole: With this option, we take care of the processing for you at one of our local, trusted butchers. You can have the meat cut to your specification and all you have to do is pick up the meat when it is done.
